A manual intended for users of the BDI-2 Data Manager. The login accounts assigned to Florida Early Steps and School District Preschool Exceptional Student Education (ESE) staff for the purpose of managing data related to the Child Outcomes Measurement System will automatically log these users into the database created by the state of Florida for this purpose. Users are assigned to different levels of the hierarchy depending on the functions they need to perform and the data they are entitled to access. ** This new addition provides new information on adding assessment data if the test items were administered in Spanish (Page 12, Number 8)
BDI-2 Data Manager™ Guide to PDA Use (MS Word, 2,350 KB)
A manual is intended for Palm users of the BDI-2 Data Manager for use with the BDI-2 Data Manager Web Application. The BDI-2 Data Buddie allows examiners to enter item-level information directly into any device and eliminates the need for paper test forms. The BDI-2 Data Buddie also eliminates common scoring errors.

DOE/DOH Joint Memo: Use of the BDI-2 Screening Test in Florida’s Child Outcomes Measurement System (PDF file, 1,287 KB) Memo on the permissible use of the BDI-2 Screening Test being used instead of the full BDI-2 assessment, under certain circumstances. In addition to instructions, the memo contains decision trees for use of the BDI-2 screener and technical information on the rationale for its use.
