Program effectiveness examines child and program outcomes and accountability. Measuring program effectiveness helps with overall planning and development as well as the development of quality curriculum. The use of surveys and checklists to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the early childhood program is a necessary component of any program. Feedback from families and professionals helps to create effective programming and support best practice.
